Religions come, religions go: The All Waters remain. Esteemed Keen Eye, Venerated of the All Waters

Structure

There seem to be as many gods in the Tempest Seas as there are grains of sand on its shores. Aside from the followers of the Progenitors, the peoples of the Tempest Seas have historically organized their faiths around individuals who have had a connection with/insight into/experience from the gods. These Venerated persons either found a religion during their life, or one is organized around their veneration after death. A single god may therefore have multiple organized religions, each emphasizing different aspects of belief, worship, practice. Each religion would focus on a different domain.
Religions use a variety of terms to refer to their Venerated persons: Revered Esteemed Illustrious Celebrated Honored August Valued Venerated Sacrosanct Sacred Blessed Hallowed Consecrated Sanctified Admired Respected Worshipped
Fortunately, religious strife has not thus far occurred on a large scale.

Public Agenda

Each religion will have a different public, and private agenda. Some may even be unconscious.
