Arena of Brass

The crowed cheered as the games began. Duel's were fought, monsters were slain, and a champion was chosen. Everyone came and went, but money was mostly well spent. Staff cleaned up the massive amounts of trash left behind by attendees.
The Arena of Brass is a place of competition, sport and brutal combat for the people of Alaman, City of Coin. Here, competitors enter the arena to take part in various tests of combat, athletics, magic, and other games to earn, glory, gold, and favor with the The Gold Crowns of Alaman.

Purpose / Function

The Arena was built as entertainment as well as the prime festival grounds for Alaman, City of Coin. Most festivals and tests of skill and combat are hosted within this massive structure.

Architecture

The building is mostly made of stone, though some wooden structure for things such as concessions, benches, and other unnotable additions.

Tourism

Visitors of Alaman come to see the spectacles that happen in the Arena of Brass. They can range from horse racing to gladiatorial fights. During festivals, it has been noted that groups have competed in capture-the-flag style matches. The largest payinng spectacles are the beast fights, ranging from lions and wolves to chimera and bulletes.
