Voda is home to a diverse array of inhabitants. Water elementals, powerful beings that embody the fury and majesty of the ocean, roam the depths. Selkies, shape-shifters that can transform from seals to humans, are known for their mischievous nature and love of music and dance. The Ciren, massive serpent-like creatures, rule the darkest depths of the ocean, guarding ancient treasures and forbidden knowledge within the Abyssal Trench. The Nagari, a semi-divine race of half-human, half-serpent beings, possess ancient wisdom and mystical powers. Merfolk, intelligent, humanoid creatures with a deep connection to the ocean, often inhabit the coral reefs and kelp forests. The Dreaming Reef, a vibrant coral reef, is home to the Merfolk's powerful illusions, blurring the line between reality and dreams.

Among the kelp forests lies the Forests of Memories, a vast, underwater forest where the kelp plants absorb and store the memories of those who dwell in Voda. The forests are said to be inhabited by the enigmatic Keepers, ancient beings tasked with safeguarding the memories contained within the kelp. Those who navigate the forest can uncover hidden secrets and memories, but beware, for the forests are also said to be home to the Shadow Dwellers, dark entities that feed on forgotten memories.

Voda is also home to the mystical Tides of Time, a phenomenon where the plane's tides are connected to the fabric of time itself. Those who tap into this energy can manipulate time flows, slowing down or speeding up the passage of time. The Tides of Time are said to be controlled by the ancient, powerful beings known as the Guardians of the Tides.

The plane's anchors, ancient structures that channel the elemental power of water, are strategically located on the Fae planes of Everbright and Darkfell.
