Its vast expanse envelops the orbits of the elemental planes and those adjacent to them on the eastern side, forming an almost perfect circle that approaches, yet never touches, the chaotic realm of Pandemonioum. This sublime plane is an intricate tapestry of clockwork mechanisms, gears, and pendulums, all working in concert to maintain the delicate balance that governs this celestial wonderland. The landscape is a marvel of towering clockwork spires and sprawling metropolises, where gears turn in harmony, creating a symphony of precision and order.

The Kyrexi are the native inhabitants of Tranquillitatis. They are humanoid beings with bodies composed of intricate mechanical components, reflecting the plane's emphasis on precision and order. The Kyrexi live in a highly organized and structured society, with each individual playing a specific role. They possess a deep understanding of the plane's mechanisms and rhythms, allowing them to maintain the delicate balance of the clockwork landscape.

The Gearwyrm are massive, serpent-like creatures that roam the plane, serving as both guardians and maintainers of the clockwork landscape. These gentle giants can sense disturbances in the plane's mechanisms and will work to repair them. The Gearwyrm are revered by the Kyrexi, who recognize their importance in maintaining the plane's harmony.

In addition to the Kyrexi and the Gearwyrm, Tranquillitatis is also home to the Gearkeepers, small rodent-like creatures that inhabit the plane's clockwork mechanisms. The Gearkeepers are responsible for maintaining the delicate balance of the plane's gears and cogs, working tirelessly to ensure that the plane's mechanisms run smoothly.

However, not all inhabitants of Tranquillitatis are benign. The Time Reavers are enigmatic beings who exist outside of the plane's temporal flow. They appear as dark, shadowy figures with eyes that burn with an otherworldly energy, and are drawn to disturbances in the plane's timeline. Their true purpose is unknown, but they may be seeking to repair anomalies or exploit them for their own gain.

The Automatons are inert, humanoid machines that serve as vessels for the Kyrexi. When a Kyrexi's mechanical body is damaged, they can transfer their consciousness into an Automaton, allowing them to continue functioning. The Automatons can mimic the abilities of the Kyrexi, but with reduced efficiency, and can also interface with the plane's clockwork mechanisms.
