Fodorn and Fel get frustrated and threaten a child

The two gangsters, frustrated at every turn by any number of mishaps, several nearly harmful accidents, bad luck, and straight up pranks, kidnap a Wharf Rat. They take him to Fodorn's safe house, and threaten to hurt him unless he gives up the little girl responsible for robbing them.
