The Oracle of Shelle
Shelby Ann Wolnick (a.k.a. Oracle)
An ancient and interminable presence upon Terrapin Isle, the Oracle can predict the future, or help set one upon the proper path. It is unknown whether or not she is immortal, or if she is some form of spirit that manifests upon a petitioner's presence, but she appears with the same visage to each and every traveller that approaches her.
She was there before the island bore any of the current peoples. She will weigh each question asked of her, and provide an answer that, somehow, and in time, will always comes to pass. She is a very serious young woman who treasures a real laugh, and will do her best to answer the questions put to her.
In very rare cases, she has been known to take a strange turn, wherein her eyes turn white, and she will begin to speak in the voice of a multitude. She will speak a prophecy, then, that the unfortunate persons hearing it will be bound to for the rest of their lives. There will be no hiding from it, nor running from their destiny. The words of the Oracle are sacrosanct.

Personal history
A crewmate of Po Arendarensai and Col Arendarensai, among a couple of others, Shelby had been a piulot of one of the smaller vessels that were necessary to support the massive Pleiades Arks while they were underway, and was stationed in the navigator's seat during the terraformation process performed by the Vekhet Spheres. She was trapped in a phased state between realities and time, living all of time...past, present, and future...all at the same time
Education
Shelby held a masters degree in engineering, but has not used it in quite some time.
Accomplishments & Achievements
The Oracle has always been right.
Mental Trauma
The stress of living all possible timelines simultaneously has snapped Shelby's personality, and she now is very distracted and cold-seeming when she speaks. It has distanced her from her former mortality quite a bit.
