Jazerian is one of a pair of timeless coatls; the two creatures that created the firmament, and brought order to the chaos of the primordial soup by bringing about the cosmoses of the multiverse. He has wings, and flies amongst the aether of the planes with ease. He brings coatl bands together to do good works, often living amongst ruins of faded empires and societies.
