Gil'diya Voinov
Founded in Mayo of 5576 NG by Kasimir Volkov, this guild seeks to train the next generation of warrior. Specializing in prowess, tactical superiority, and (when all else fails) brute force, the warriors coming out of this academy are a rare breed. Adventurous and audacious, they have been tempered by their founder's hard-won wisdom, and shaped by his vast pool of experience.
Supplying weapons, armor, and training facilities, this Guild supports their members in a number of ways, including alliances with various temples to provide healing services, group rates at numerous apothecaries in the five city-states of the Kingdoms, and discounted supplies at certain chandleries and markets that provide soldiering gear.

Culture
A sense of purpose underlies everything they do at the academy, but within the guild lighthearted acceptance of one's fate as a warrior is the general rule. Those unfamiliar with a warrior's dark humor might find it off putting when a recruit asks for "a wobbly stool and six feet of rope", but the quartermasters think it's hilarious.
Public Agenda
To train, assist and maintain the next generations of warriors as they learn their craft. The guild has alliances with healing temples and artificers' manufacturing facilities alike.
