Levialune

Levialune is a large, aquatic Empire that is is based in The Whispering Deep and has colonies in other major oceans and bodies of water. It is almost exclusively populated by aquatic humanoids, and maintains only a handful of settlements on the surface of Tellandria, the most famous of which is the city of Liquthas, also known as the "Floating City of Levialune".
