Whitefang Kobolds
A sizeable tribe of Kobolds that have taken up residence in some abandoned mineshafts in The Rusthills. Not having much in the way of industry, they sometimes raid nearby settlements for tools, food and other necessities. They avoided reprecussions by hiding in the maze of old mineshafts, and by not being annoying or dangerous enough to spend the resources to find them.
Naming
Kobolds don't really have significant fangs. Or white teeth for that matter, they are more a yellowish off-white color. The name was presumably chosen to sound scary. Depending on who you ask, they either succeeded, or failed completely.
