Arc Senator

Qualifications

The Arcsenator must have the ability to speak all languages that make up at least 10% of a regions population. The Arcsenator must also have attended some form of greater education.

Requirements

The Arcsenator must have previously been a senator. They are selected by their fellow Senators to lead the nation. Once an Arcsenator has been appointed there is a bi-election to detemine a new Senator for that region.

Responsibilities

The Arcsenator is the leader of the entire Telion Empire. The Archsenator has the power to command Telion itself and all civil governments. The Arcsenator also has authority over the regions of Telion and the army.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

The only method of removing an Arcsenator is if there is a unanimous vote by the Senators to remove them.
