Bauldur's Gate

Baldur's Gate, a city that has seen many tragedies, over its long history. This city has survived against all odds, having been destroyed and rebuilt many times over the past few millennia. This is primarily due to its location, having a natural port, a good sized river, and being in a relatively fertile valley.
The current leader's of Baldur's Gate wish to remake the city in its former glory and make it the capital as it once was in olden times. This is one of the three large cities that remain with a population of approximately 55,000 people, and vast unsearched ruins in the catacombs beneath the city.
Baldur's Gate is also where the Luminites first came together as a guild. As such they have a very large presence here.
