The Duke of Cambridge tours Canada just weeks following his first completion of his his Naval tour, attending Canada Day celebrations on Parliament Hill; Sebastian delivered speeches at Quebec City Hall and Northwest Territories, the former entirely in French and the later included phrases from the Na-Dene and Inuvialuktan languages. Following initial public indifference, the prince drew crowns of up to half a million and was praised for his congeniality, with Sevastian referred to "comfortably" as a prince of Canada by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and adding the nickname "Heart of Canada" to his growing list of affectionate monikers.
