Queen Victoria II's Sapphire Jubilee

The United Kingdom celebrates Queen Victoria II's sixty fife years on the throne.   This celebration included multiple events such a charity launches and a Jubilee Concert on the 7th and a Service of Thanksgiving on the 8th.   At the concert, Her Majesty asked that Prince Sebastian give the closing speech.

Sebastian announced two separate charitable endeavors, the first a programme called "Heads Up" a campaign by The Royal Foundation of Prince Sebastian and Princess Anne in coordination with the British Swimming and Diving Association, to encourage athletes to discuss mental health publically and among themselves as a way to destigmatize mental health conversations.

Additionally Sebastian announced his patronage of "Our Frontline," an organization that works to provide First Responders - nurses, police, fire brigade, and carers - with specialized mental health services as well as conducting research on the specifice needs of frontline workers.

The full text of Prince Sebastian's speech:

Gran - forgive me, - Your Majesty. It is an incredible thing you have achieved over the last 65 years. Our nation has thrived as a modern, 21st century nation, maintainig its place in global leadership under your septre. Great have been the reigns of our Queens but I do believe that history will show that you are our greatest. This Jubilee is a chance for us, your subjects, to gratefully acknowledge the decades of loyal service you have given us. No governor or ruler can say they have a perfect record, but if you'll pardon my saying so, ma'am, your record is damn close.   Britain prospers in no small part because of your calm and steady touch.   None could have imagined what modern life would be when you took the throne six and a half decades ago. Yet throughout the countless changes and shocks, you remain steady, guiding us forward into new tomorrows.   You have often mentioned the strength you draw from your family. Wel, ma'am, it would be remiss of me to not mention the strength we all draw from you. You are the soul of the United Kingdom.   Three cheers for Her Majesty. Hip hip! Hurray! Hip hip! Hurray! Hip hip! Hurray!   God save the Queen!
