Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Oustain is in good health for his age. However the strain is beginning to show. He has come a long way from destroying entire contingents of dwarven invaders.
Apparel & Accessories
As he grows older, Oustain rarely wear anything but his armour, dark blue in hue with golden filigree and red cloth so deep it looks black in some light. His aids and peers joke about his 'second steel skin' constantly.

Personal history
Braccia is home to some of the greatest heroes of our age, who without the Six Kingdoms would have long since crumbled. However even within their own ranks there lives a man who's deeds outdo all others. His victories are countless and his name is whispered in reverence. He claims his rightful place among the most legendary heroes of our age, his name is Nathaniel Oustain, King of Braccia and Lord of the six Orders.
Since being elected by the other Knight Lords as King in 998 Oustain showed a flair in organising great campaigns against the dwarven kingdoms, and an aptitude for commanding armies with tactics which the Knight Lord of Conflict would be envious of. The Serf military follows The King with unshakable loyalty, and even the other Knightly Lords are hesitant to empty his occupied position, as is tradition in Braccian politics.
Employment
King Oustain was a member of the Order of Curators, elected their lord in 991. He was elected King in 998 and has employed an iron fist to his rule since then. If there were any challenges to his reign, they were quickly snuffed.
Accomplishments & Achievements
To know the full extent of King Oustain's extensive heroic deeds, one can look to the King's tapestry in the Towers of Dordalus (where the stories and deeds of the great heroes of Braccia are woven together). The length of the tapestry occupied by King Oustain currently sits at 46 ft of cloth. This measurement is twice that of any other hero, save for Lisidorus himself.
Although an unparalleled general, The King is no stranger to personal exploits. He dueled Hyrra the Immortal at the steps of the Principalatarium, slaying him and ending the second Incursion. He holds the Braccian record for Wyvern hunts, along with a deer tally that is not be snuffed. He regularly escorts scriveners to the Scorched Lands in the centre of Navifor, sometimes alone. At the dwarven siege of Hanno, it has been recorded that Oustain held the gate alone against hundreds of fully armoured dwarves. Some Braccian knights will hold Lisidorus or Hadrius in higher esteem than Oustain. But there is an equal group telling them they are wrong.
Intellectual Characteristics
Oustain is Lawful Good in alignment, and holds The Path as his prime philosophy. He is described as stern and stubborn, although warm to his friends.
