The The Creation Dragons descend from heaven, and, finding the world to be directionless, timeless and without land. Together they gained access to the oache floor. Bringing earth from below the waves they created the world and gave it form and then rested in their Caves.
Sentō-Uroko-Ikko is born to his parents Izumiyo and Hajime. They are born in the Ryuyama Caverns.
This era was marked by a slow decline in Federation as trade between clans broke down. This is due largely in part to plagues and resulting disruption of trade. This led to decreased quality of life for many of the individual clans. This in turn lead to raiding and a slow erosion of the pacts between the clans. While illness had always been a factor, the trade routes and closer quarters living of the clans exacerbated a particularly nasty disease. This caused untold death and shook the people's belief in their way of life, causing a shift that opened the doors to a new way of life. Religiously the increase in turbulence caused many to began to try to find new spirits to pledge to. This lead to an increase in turning to summoning stronger and stronger spirits in attempts to fend off the illness. It was only when two dragons appeared on the island and subsequently allied with the scaled clan that things changed.
