Prosthetics
The advances in robotics and existence of maiga have led to advanced limb replacements becoming available. Using a matrix maigum to process the wearer's natural maiga signals through their body, it then translates these signals into the actions desired by the wearer, ranging from walking to fine motor manipulation such as writing or playing an instrument. Hearing aids exist, while eye replacements are attempting to find an interface between tech-based maiga signals and those that go through the brain. So while sight is still something being worked on, touch, hearing, and motion are all functions that can be restored through the use of prosthetics.
