Dunturan
A language that supposedly predates Tarsis, Dunturan is supposedly the language of The Pantheon. Its alphabet is used most commonly for runes nowadays. While the syntax of Dunturan is jumbled compared to modern Tarsan, the alphabets line up nicely enough that anyone who studied the Dunturan alphabet can generally translate any written text to Tarsan.
Writing System
Dunturan is written from top to bottom, left to right.
Morphology
The written language is formed of geometric letters, sometimes combined to form new sounds and words. Most characters fit in various round shapes, though rectangular and triangular characters exist as well. Short words can be represented with a single complex character that is a mix of its component letters.
