Red-cloaked members of the Ragni first appeared in the southwest of Lunaire and spread across the country, with the exception of the northwest. They are tight-lipped when captured and none will confess if they have any kind of organization, leadership, headquarters or base of operations.

Foreign Relations

Chid Haruno in Port Town seems to believe that the Ragni are funded by, if not completely controlled by the BFG. Su Middleton believes him, but won't publicly back his views without proof. He has asked the party to find proof of this connection.
