Solarius
The Dawnfather Solarius (a.k.a. Lord of Light, Keeper of Order)
Solarius, the god of the sun, order, and time, is the central figure of the pantheon, embodying the balance of the universe itself. He is a steadfast, radiant being, created by the primordial forces to bring light and order to the world and to ensure the continuity of time. His presence is eternal and steady, symbolizing the unstoppable passage of time and the cosmic cycles that maintain balance in Tanaria.
Solarius, the God of the Sun, Order, and Time, was not born of any one primordial deity, but was instead forged by several of the elemental forces to bring balance and structure to the world. His creation was a deliberate act to counteract the chaos of the early universe, to ensure that time would flow, light would rise each day, and order would be maintained in the cosmos.

- Terranis (Mountains) – Gave him strength and endurance, making Solarius the immovable guardian of the natural order, steady and unwavering like the mountains.
- Vevos (Chaos) – Though primarily a force of chaos, even Vevos played a part, granting Solarius the knowledge of the importance of balance, ensuring that while Solarius fought against chaos, he would recognize that chaos must exist alongside order.
- Itatso (Sea) – Added the concept of cycles to Solarius’s domain, teaching him the ebb and flow of time, like the tides, ensuring that the passage of time was cyclical and constant.

Personal history
Solarius was the first of the Prime Deities, born in the celestial forge from the combined efforts of several Primordial Gods, including Luminara (Day), Zemia (Earth), and Vevos (Chaos). His creation marked the beginning of order, time, and the emergence of light, as Solarius was crafted to bring structure and life to the world of Tanaria. His origin is closely tied to the sun and the natural order of the universe, representing the cycles of day and night, the passage of time, and the eternal balance between light and darkness.
Upon his birth, Solarius became the beacon of life and light, shining across the realms of Tanaria. He established the natural order, bringing warmth and growth to the world, guiding the course of the stars and keeping the balance of time. Solarius was a protector, guarding against the encroaching chaos that threatened to disrupt the harmony he had helped create.
From Solarius, two other powerful deities were born—Callen, the Goddess of Light, Love, and Wisdom, and Umbra, the God of Shadows, Knowledge, and Consequences. Callen, the embodiment of warmth and love, was born from the first rays of the dawn that Solarius brought to the world. Umbra, by contrast, emerged from the shadows cast by Solarius’s light, representing the duality of existence and the necessity of balance between light and dark.
Despite Solarius's strong influence over the world, his existence has not been without challenge. The forces of chaos, darkness, and corruption have often risen to undermine the order he seeks to maintain. His celestial battles against these threats, particularly with figures like Malakar, the god of chaos and corruption, have shaped the celestial history of Tanaria.
As the Dawnfather, Solarius stands as the guardian of time, family, and order. He is venerated by mortals who seek protection, wisdom, and stability. His temples, grand and radiant, are found throughout Tanaria, where followers worship the rising sun as a symbol of hope and renewal. Solarius’s light is not just physical illumination but also a metaphorical force for clarity, truth, and justice.
His creation of time is one of his most notable acts, ensuring that the cycle of days and nights remains eternal. However, Solarius also understands that without balance, light can become blinding, which is why he holds a deep respect for his counterpart Igmut. Together, they maintain the delicate equilibrium of light and dark, life and death, order and consequence.

"In the light of Solarius, time flows with purpose, order reigns, and the dawn brings hope to those who follow his path. His is the fire that burns eternal, the guiding sun that never sets."- High Sage Eryndor Velis, a renowned philosopher and scholar of the Temple of the Dawn.
