Moranduros

The city stretches for miles. More than miles, the entire planet is a city. As the city is a planet. Moranduros is a planetary Ecumenopolis.
A city which spans the entire planet. Layers upon layers of city have been built up to be able to accommodate trillions of people within one of the Free Union of Robotics and Democracy's most powerful planets.

Demographics

There is a mix of species that inhabit Moranduros, the majority of these are Talakaar with the others being Iruzak or human. Due to the utopian living standards made possible by the city's thriving economy, most citizens have a very similar if not the same lifestyle. Quality of life varies slightly from household to household as a section of the money a household makes is used for personal purchases which can change the lifestyle slightly.

Government

All members of a household are expected to work in a well paying, respectable job. Robotic workers take up most of the manual labor and incredibly dangerous work, creating a chance for the citizens to fully pursue education and status. A member of a household that doesn't work in such a job is seen as a failure of sorts and typically doesn't make enough to afford personal purchases.

Laws and Rights

Right to Property

Any individual has the right to purchase personal property. Any resources provided as living conditions belong to the state, the state is responsible for maintenance on any resources provided. The individual is liable for any damage, harm, or general misuse of state provided resources. The state is not responsible for personal property purchased and owned by the individual, the individual is responsible for any personal property they own.

Right to Education

Any education an individual receives is provided by the state or a state approved provider is to go to the direct betterment of the individual and their household. The education provider is responsible for the education of a citizen, the education provider may be held liable in the event of an individual not receiving proper education. Education is available to any sapient individual regardless of species, abilities, opinions, household, or beliefs, any education provider found denying education to any sapient individual may be shut down.

Right to Oneself

Any individual belongs to a household and may be subjected to effects applying to the household opposed to them self individually. A household may make decisions on important matters at large. However, according to the Sovereign Citizens Act, an individual may live outside of a household if they choose. A Sovereign Citizen has the same rights, privileges, opportunity, and rights as a citizen in a household.

Defences

A massive fountain in the center of the main plaza is actually a massive shield generator that can shield the entire planet from destruction. It has a police force which operates the streets and deals with minor crimes. Larger scale operations and investigation are left to the secret government division called the Agents.

Industry & Trade

When a citizen receives payment for completing a task or job they pay 90% of that payment to the state and keep the other 10% in the household fund. The household fund is the money set aside for the household to make personal purchases. WIth robotic workers taking up most manual labor jobs the populace is expected to take up higher jobs such as engineers, scientists, doctors, programmers, law enforcement, and government jobs. The money earned from these jobs that is paid to the state as a tax is used for state projects such as repairs and keeping the standard of living up.

Infrastructure

Huge commercial zones have been established. Massive mall complexes litter the city. Roads are everywhere and most people travel through a service a flying bus like vehicles which allows them to avoid the heavy crowds on the ground.

Assets

Deep mineral mines extend into the earth. Metals and resources are manufactured in huge factories. Several manufacturing facilities construct robots that serve the populace.

Guilds and Factions

Almost every Galactic Contender has some form of foothold here. Although the Free Union of Robotics and Democracy officially own it. An organization called The Agents handles investigations and most high level crime.

Architecture

The design of most state buildings is curved and golden. The interior of household residences is very polished and blocky. Buildings owned by households or Sovereign Citizens may differ depending on the the owning party's tastes and wants.
