Winter's Glaive of Deviltry

The Winter's Glaive is another of what is known as the Fallen.  Demigods of great power who achieved entry into the Veiled Sanctum but were subsequently cast out due to mischievous or evil deeds.  As the gods are wont to do they never fully strip away the power of these individuals and cast them out to bedevil the material plane.  Winter's Glaive is obsessed with testing lesser beings with the object of making them stronger as a unit.  Rewarding the strong and culling the weak, making the whole of sentient lesser beings strong enough to destroy the old gods.
