Towne of Cinder
The Strange Town of Cinder sits in the exact location as Ashe in the Material Plane. It is cursed however by a deal made by it's mayor over a century ago. The curse keeps him and many of the inhabitants stuck within it's walls. The outer walls are patrolled by two enormous death walkers that attempt to crush and kill any who attempt to leave the city. Only those who have the skill can leave and reenter the city. One mistake could very well be fatal.
The City of Cinder is a dark Fae realm mirror of the city of Ashe. A long time ago burning cinders slowly floated into existence seemingly from nowhere. They hung in the air for days, every now and then they would ignite something flammable. The whole city was on their toes making sure that the town didn't burn until the cinders finally went out.

Infrastructure
Bars, Inns and Taverns -
The Wicked Warlock -
is a seedy, dark tavern where dark deals are made with reckless abandon. The air reeks of brimstone and pipeweed smoke, and the owner, a red skinned Tiefling calling himself Telly often laughs manically for no apparent reason. Truth be told, it’s all for show. Darkness is simply pandering to the fears of commoners and playing up the fiendish nature just to attract adventures willing to pay his ridiculously exorbitant prices. 50 Gold for a pint of blood ale which is just ale mixed with tomato juice. 100 Gold for a bottle of abyssal wine which is just red wine spiked with hot peppers and garlic. 200 Gold for a Great Old One healing potion, which is just a regular healing potion in a black bottle. The tavern has shards of broken mirrors dangling from threads over each table, which Darkness claims makes the place dangerous, but also gives off odd reflections of light that adds to the creepy atmosphere of the place. Black wax candles held by skeletal hands protrude from the walls and skeletons of small animals like squirrels and finches are displayed in glass bell jars.
Frostbriar Inn -
this tavern appears to those most in need of a safe place to spend the night, through a wall of mist. Beyond the mist you’ll find a pleasant little tavern situated on a steep cliff overlooking the sea. Upbeat music streams from the brightly lit windows, and the sound of the sea is calming. Inside you’ll find other patrons, from all over the world, just as mystified as you to find themselves here. The bartender always seems to have a drink that’s exactly what you’re looking for. Though he isn’t explicit about it, he is actually an Archfey, fascinated by the concept of a tavern, and has decided to make one himself. For the first night, just the sight of a new face is payment enough for the Bartender, and in the morning you’ll find yourself right back where you wandered in from, well rested and well fed. But once the novelty of your presence wears off, the Bartender may seek other forms of payment. He’s mostly harmless, but watch your words carefully around him. Lest you give something you can’t live without…
The Howling Blink Dog -
A rowdy establishment for the working class heroes. A massive construct shaped like a black dog with a tavern inside. The menu is barebones. You can get grilled meat and vegetables and the special of the day, which might be noodles or a flatbread. Hipspar is a chef with a very limited repartiré. The liquor tends to be whatever they can purchase. The owner is a Duergar man named Franz Ch'Zzt. The main bartender is a blinkling woman named Trish T'alby.
Devil Eye Tavern and Inn -
Owned and operated by a heavy set Tiefling man with massive horns and a bald head. His bright red eyes give him a fearsome demeanor but he is known by locals as one of the great champions of Cinder. The main bartender is a displaced Green Elven man named Pulitzer Phong. He often dyes his fur black or blue to blend in with the other citizens.
Rustlebranch Tavern -
A tall three story building wood shaped into flowing curves and staircases that lead to a dozen staggered balconies and alcoves that hold tables and chairs for nimble blinklings and adventurous Tieflings. The Owner is a cantankerous bald Blinkling named Cavoth Shunk. The Bartender is a slender purple skinned tiefling woman named Chel. Her barback is a Duergar man named Wrangoon Umpal.
