The Opan Realm

The eastern reaches of Oraheim is home to a massive forest and the Great Tree.  The Opan Realms are the true home of the Green Elves though that idea is rooted in imperialism and the politics of the High Elves to keep the lesser races at bay.

Culture

Home to the great tree, a nexus of nature and Maka'lua'a. It is home to a wide mix of Green Elves, Firbolg's, Halflings and many other diverse races who worship nature.

History

During the 100 years war A faction known as the Weatherites were green elves from the Opan Realm. They rallied around their powerful druid leader known as Odathero the behorned. He gathered an army to march on the city of Orahero and expel the high elves who had taken the area back in the 12th century. They had traveled far to the south and made an alliance with the dragon born of Dragon mouth. They traded magics and gained knowledge of the dangerous environmental magicks of the Dragon born.
