The Fallen - vassals of the Dark One

1. Chaelith Kazzarra the Bloodclaw

A hyperintelligent Lamia who has claimed dominion over Ventenheim. Starting in the second age when the Elven Human wars were in full swing there was a secondary conflict in Ventenheim. Dwarf Clans and Elven nation states had enslaved Dozens of races to work in plantations. Plants that could be distilled down into sugar and alcohol needed to be harvested for Cities in Tellenheim. Mineral rich mines needed to be worked in the mountain region to be brought back to the Ulirre Valley and Urgolos. This was an age of Colonization and trade amongst the Elves, humans, and dwarves. Other races were looked down upon and treated as cheap labor.
In the great desert in central Ventenheim a Lamia grew angry. She made it her mission to rid the continent of the rapacious races. She even took it so far as to make a deal with the devil, the Dark One himself. She demanded immortality and found it in the dark recesses underneath the hot sands. The Dark One reached out and gained a new disciple.
Many stories tell of her victories in the second age. She did indeed lead forces in successful battles against powerful dwarven and elven forces. There are still villages and towns populated by Catfolk and minotaur who treat her as a hero. The truth is that many of her victories were pyrrhic. She would destroy any creatures in her path, destroy any town, kill any civilians if it got her what she wanted. After the dark one was sealed away her reign of terror grew. Driving out the dwarves, humans and elves wasn't enough. She saw herself as the only authority the only one with the intelligence and drive to rule.

2. Lord Vedemire Darkhorse
Current alias - Ionn Castaliogne - DECEASED
He was previously working for the baroness of House Quail in Porsk. He was developing a weapon poweful enough to create a shatterfall by striking the shardrock moon. This was thwarted by our team when they defeated Vedemire in Westinox. His body disappeared and currently he is reforming to rise once more.
History-
A half elven man from the Second age who studied Necromancy. In the first half of his life he earned a fortune in building prisons and profiting off of law enforcement. It is said that he became obsessed with the Dark One and pledged himself in the later years of his life.
The dark one cured his fatal cancer and gave him immortality. Since then Lord Darkhorse has been looking for ways to free the Dark One from his prison to be granted more power and rule by the Dark One's Side.
In Porsk - The town is under the rule of House Quail and has been for almost 400 years. At this point the rule is almost ceremonial like many of the cities and towns of the Eigerlands. The current head of the house in Porsk is the Baroness Gillian Offerdahl Quail. She is an older human woman but fiercely intelligent. Her current goal is to fend off the takeover of the main government by a group of dwarven ministers from Stoneport.

3. Bella'Caix L'Couer
A formerly human woman who has pledged herself to the Dark One in exchange for immortality and the destruction of the Elven Race. She has hated elves for over four thousand years and her hatred has caused her to consider actual genocide. Her immortality and acquired power are the tools she will use to complete this mission.
She is currently using her time to figure out what Lord Vedemire Darkhorse is doing and to steal his device or have him destroyed. She has no love for the other Fallen and will gleefully sacrifice them to futher her own ends. It is rumored that she is responsible for trapping Electra in her sarcophagus.

4. Electra the Unseen -
The history of Electra is long and known only in broken timelines throughout the last two ages. Then she disappears for millenia only to resurface stronger and deadlier than she was before. She was recently released from her Sarcophagus by Bella' Caix in the Vault underneath Warshaw. Her powers are reawakened but her objectives are unknown.

5. Malloridin Xan Mortis The Blighted
This woman seems to be in charge of the cult in Ailingsparing. In reality she is an immortal Green Dragon granted powers by the Dark One himself over four thousand years ago. She demands to be worshipped by mortals and uses both her human form and dragon form to fool people.

6. Vernabogge -
A more monstrous Fallen, Vernabogge cares not for the trappings of refined civilization. He knows his strengths and power and asserts it more savagely. He is prone to taking over entire towns and bending them to his will. This makes him more of a target for heroes and adventurers though he often overpowers them and comes out victorious.
A cavern under the Ashen Forst contains an ancient Manor House. Inside are several treasures that hold significance to the Tielfing warlord now known as Vernabogge. A Painting of his original self the man known as Victor Rasmussen Allesandre is the phylactery of power that he draws his great strength from. If that is destroyed he will revert back to his original sickly thin form.
