The dark council
A strange group of twelve individuals who have banded together to commit dark acts to raise a very large demon. They capture special characters who have interacted in interesting ways with the weave or shards and sacrifice them underneath lake hellenox. There is an ancient temple underneath the lake that has a strange closed portal built within it.
There next target is a strange little kobold who possesses wild magic...
