Flight Dash - When the Sulaco Drake takes to the air they can do so quickly. They can forgo their attack action and double their flight speed to 80 ft. in one round.
Expel magic - After absorbing any form of magic the Drake can take a breath weapon action. By releasing the stored energy the drake can fire off a cone of force 120 ft. Anything in that cone must make a dexterity saving throw DC 18 or be hit with a force wave 5d6 damage and pushed back 30 ft.

Latch Siphon - The Sulaco Drake can forgo their three attacks to attempt to siphon magic from a target.
Bite Attack: +11 to hit, on a hit the Sulaco does 3d12 +10 damage and drains a spell slot worth of magic from the target. Target must make an intelligence saving throw.
