Stengel Butchery

Run by Casey Stengel a halfling man who is fairly tall for his race.

Purpose / Function

Many cuts of beef, pork, and poultry hang from the ceiling.  A dozen cases of packaged meats can be seen packed full of meat.  A DC 18 perception check reveals a strange cut of meat that almost looks like a human ribcage.  At night Stengel changes into a large black rat.
