This ring has a small movable dial built into the center of it. By turning this dial and using an intelligence check it is possible to tune it to understand a language you do not know. DC 15 intelligence check for Goblin, Elven, Dwarven, and other normal races. DC17 intelligence check for More difficult languages DC20 intelligence check for Draconic, Abyssal, Demonic languages.
