PACT item, The catalogue's Bag of holding

The bag of holding of a catalogue of the company PACT.  Adventure Team Grimm's catalogue is the Kobold named Vom Fass.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Level 1. This bag of holding is actually three magical spaces. One of which is a normal bag of holding a second one has temperature controls for colder items which stays at 38 degrees. The second space is dry and arid and stays at 96 degrees. Each magical space can hold up to 250 pounds, not exceeding a volume of 32 cubic feet. The bag weighs 5 pounds, regardless of its contents. Retrieving an item from the bag requires an action.
Level 2. The Bag adds another magical space, a more frigid space which stays at 25 degrees. Each space gains 50 lbs and 15 more cubic feet. The bag now weighs 10 lbs. regardless of inside content. Retrieving an item from the bag requires an action.
, Lvl 3 - Now five Unique magical spaces. One of which is a normal bag of holding, a second one has temperature controls for colder items which stays at 38 degrees. The third space is dry and arid and stays at 96 degrees. The fourth magical space, a more frigid space stays at 25 degrees. *The bag now can create (2) 2d8 healing potions per week. Each space has 50 lbs / 15 cubic foot of space for a total of 310 lbs and 62 cubic feet per space. The bag can magically covert to a backpack for added comfort. The bag now only requires a bonus action to retrieve items but only for the PACT wielder of said bag.
