Manacles, Magnetic and Heated

These manacles were created by  Polius Hemiphyte of the Assembly of the Weave.  They were specially created to apprehend the one known as Cog for his crimes of being a Warlock and wielding an unknown power.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The target must make a DC 18 dexterity saving throw or be restrained by the device. If the target fails the magnetic cables constrict and pull together the targets arms or legs.  The following round the manacles reach harmful temperatures and rise to 500 degrees, the target takes 1d6 fire damage each round from here.   The target may make a DC 19 strength check at the end of each round as an action.  After 6 rounds the target if they are warforged or wearing armor their arms or legs will be sufficiently fused leading to no more checks.
