A quarterly magazine that can be subscribed to through the Assembly of the Weave. It is transported to anywhere on the material plane once you have registered through the proper channels.
The magazine holds all manner of new spells being produced and often tells of projections of the next shardfall event. It tells of magical history and many stories of past shard falls.

Once a subscriber registers with the Assembly of the weave and pays enough gold the magazine will be delivered via dimension door every four months. It will find the subscriber anywhere on the material plane.
