Kymera, Tattoo Artist

A famous Tattoo artist is in town! She is a Black skinned Tiefling woman known as "Kymera". She has shiny gold horns (not sure if she paints them or if that's natural) that curl from her forehead and back to behind her head. She has gold tattoos all over her body. They stretch up her neck to her chin and back behind her deep red hair. Her eyes are bright yellow and she has fangs that stick out from her upper lip like a vampire. She wears elegant flowing purple and red velvet clothes usually, and is pretty easy to spot even in a crowded room. She is said to be very approachable and her schedule is filling up fast. She travels with an entourage like any Tanaris celebrity would. Her body guard is a goliath named Jugg (a bit of a dullard, but scary big and has the mark of the Ghast and the mark of the Demon on his arms.) as well as an elf man named Kaylor that is very flashy and seems like he just gets high all day. She also has a a few others that follow her at a distance and take care not to be seen. For the duration of her stay in the Iron Precinct she will be staying at the Sky Piercer Palace in the city center on the 20th floor.
Notes: You can have 3 magic tattoos at a time. All tattoo pricing is set by the tattoo artist. To get a tattoo removed is expensive and painful and may cause exhaustion until a long rest. Different colored ink may cause the tattoo to have extra or different effects, these things are also negotiable. Tattoos may cause diarrea, headaches, inflamation, constipation, or tumescence. If these effects last longer than 4 hours see your local cleric or physician.
