Istarus Glove

Created by the Arch Mage Istarus this dark leather glove has a strange glowing symbol on the palm.  A light metal band is secured around the wrist and small metal pieces with runes sit atop the fingers.  When placed on the hand of a sorcerer it magically fits to the right hand perfectly.
