Iron Bands of Cyttarak

When not in use this small ball of metal bands is 3.5" in diameter and weighs close to 2 lbs. Activated with the command word "Crimson" and thrown at a target on a successful hit the target will be wrapped up in thin metal bands.  The ball expands and wraps around a medium sized creature including the legs.  It is possible for a strong individual to break free on a DC 19 strength check.  The target would be able to try once per round. It is also possible to activate the bands on anyone holding it by saying the command word no more than 30' from the bands.  The target must be holding it in their hands, not in a back pack or on the ground. To retract the bands and return it to it's ball state use the command word "Nosmirc".
