Great Tree Maka Bracers

A pair of bracers made from the bark of the Great Tree of Ventenheim. It is said that the first Druid of the Verdant Sigil created these bracers to be worn by the champion of the order.
The Wearer gains AC equivalent to their Nature Proficiency Bonus +3.
Green Fist
When attuned to it, the wearer can set a phrase to activate this ability. When the phrase is used, the wearers fists are covered with thick wood and now do 2d6+1 bludgeoning damage + strength modifier. Wearer can say the phrase as a free action.
While using Green Fist, the wearer can shoot darts made from the bark which each do 1d6 piercing damage +2 poison damage. The darts can travel up to 15 ft. and are fired as a normal ranged attack.
The wearer only has 6 darts and must reload by pouring clean water on the fist which in battle will take a bonus action.
The wearer has two charges of "Guardian of Nature" every long rest.
The wearer can cast "Commune with nature" as long as there is a presence of sunlight or equivalent.
