Drunkard's Blowgun

An otherwise normal blowgun that gives the user +4 to attack when drunk (+2 when tipsy).
The other side effect of this weapon is that when it’s owner is drunk, they are compelled to brag about themselves and hit on anybody they can.
Darts can be fashioned from any manner of material and equipped with the poison or potion of one's choice.
