Red River
The Red River is a major east flowing river in Astoria. It flows through much of the country and empties into the Corulf Sea. Its tributaries include the Blue River, Florisent River, and the Torif River. The river served as a major trade network connecting coastal towns to the resource rich interior. Serisport encompasses part of the Red River and the Red River Delta. The river gets its name from clay rich silt that periodically turns the river a rust red color.
Geography
The Red River begins high in the Linari Hills several hundred miles from the ocean. As it winds downhill, it meets up with the Blue River, Florisent River, and Torif River.
