Átondar

Destroyers of the world

In the beginning, before the known world of Aviin came to be, earlier than Tal'rond had ever been imagined, there were 5 Créators and in their power they were absolute. These were the beings of Ade'ryn (including Ade'ryn herself) that shaped the world and it's skies when their was once nothing.   Shortly after their birth, Adé'ryn, divided her thought further to create the Servotar, beings of equal power to the Créators, but with the purpose of aiding them.   After Umbral'ogh's betrayal, he too created some beings of his own thought, they were the Atondar.

Átondar

Colussar - Lord of Suffering

Colussar

First of the Atondar was Colussar, and as Lord of Suffering he was created to be the core of Umbral'ogh's armies. During the time that Umbral'ogh was imprisoned in the betwixt by Manlúln, he became leader of the Morn'fal and the Atondar armies. From Colussar's stolen thoughts, the Gantua'fel are born from the second Great Tree in the eastern mainlands during the Third Age. Colussar was finally defeated after having witnessed the defeat of Umbral'ogh, and was killed by none other than the Lady of Wrath, Deimors. However, he was successful in defeating her at the same time.

Malth'ar - The Witness

Malth'ar

Malth'ar was the second Atondar, and he was born to bare witness to Umbral'ogh's will and defy all that Manlúln had done for Adé'ryn. By his stolen thoughts, the second Great Tree later gave life to the Malthae'fel, Dark Elves, in the eastern mainlands (Nerzheim), during the Third Age. Malth'ar remained loyal for some time to Umbral'ogh until the End Days, when he had witnessed much of the efforts being put into the Endless War by the Servotar and Créators. Eventually his own heart was changed and he betrayed Um,bral'ogh, stealing the Ephron'ir, which he was ordered to protect. Malth'ar approached Ade'ryn's fading body with the Ephron'ir in his possession. He had come to her and he plead beneath the feet of Terras'doro, Caélum and Mare'neptuna for forgiveness and prayed that the Ephron'ir may be purged and renewed. As Umbral'ogh's Witness, he had seen once the purpose he was given by the Creátor of Death, but no longer believed his purpose true. As Witness, he watched the world change and die. He watched Umbral'ogh become blind with rage and darkness. He no longer saw any kind of redemption within the Creátor of Death. Adé'ryn, with barely any strength within her, and barely any beauty left within her faceless body, awoke and forgave the Átondar of Witness. She gave Malth'ar new purpose, decreeing that he shall be renamed Gevurah, the last Servotar of Judgement, for he had witnessed and seen right from wrong, and had known pity and shame.

Shelnor - She Who Whispers

Shelnor

The last of the Átondar was Shelnor, and it was her purpose to spread Umbral'ogh's will. She became known as She Who Whispers, particularly by Mare'neptuna, who heard her thoughts in the deep waters around the mainlands. She was elusive, and was hard to catch, but she finally met her end at the hands of Gadireel in the south-west (Tal'rond). Her defeat left the mountains nearby blackened, as if her presence could never be purged.
