Session 5 - The Hanurak Heist.

General Summary

began in the pirate and pipe
Hanurak given a vision of the Misophist and told to he must stop the burning again of Waterdeep.
Upon waking the group is introduced to Valenthe a Wood Elf from the Prickling Forest who is looking to find a Drow named Tarrius who is wanted for murdering one of their elders.
The group inform her that they met such a drow while trying to find their way into the The Lover's Purse and that they sold the services of the Dwarf
The group visit Hallin in the The Library of Utu-Nanshe where he provides Faen with his research on the The Iskelian Invasion where the Iskelian Empire used Runemen in their armies to conquer surrounding lands along with this he provides the Wizard with a spellbook which Faen adds to his list. Valanthe finds a book entitled the prophesies of Wotash written by a mad druid who seeded forests around the empire but was killed after using his amulet to try and create a forest in Thirsk the capital of the The Empire of Thirsk
went to see Ninki, informed that she was on trial for Heresy along with Artorias for trying to indoctrinate their protectors into becoming Runemen at the Tomb of the Surtmaekir.
Andre finds a glowing Orb after following the river outside the walls and summarily turned black and white
The group is given first pick of the treasure looted from the temple of Gwyn Sunsword
After reaceiving a note from Tarrius the group is told at midnight to steal an artifact from a local colnel Sandmere
While robbing the mansion the group split up with Andre and Valanthe sneaking into the second floor window after scouting with their animals.
The group fail their stealth check alerting the guards.
Faen, Hanurak and Astraea cause a distraction outside the mansion to try and lure away guards finding this only partially successful the group charge in with Hanurak knocking two guards to the ground over a banister on the stairs to the third floor.
After incapacitating the remaining guards the group ransack the colnels office after hanurak explodes the door. They steal the amulet and in the drawers discover a knife with the same draco dagger.
the group meet up with Tarrius who destroys the amulet and tells Valanthe he is not guilty of the crimes the village think he is.
