While the residents of Waterdeep have never need reason to throw a party the Night of the Flawed Dawn is known by many on the continent of Talor as one of the largest and most lavish festivals anywhere outside of the Gnomish Tondo Union

History

For the last ten years Waterdeep has been the site of a great spectacle. For one month of the year during the summer stars fall from the sky into the Blue Mountains beyond. The small town is the only place in Talor where the constellations, set out by the gods at the creation of the world, are violated and so this has made it a bit of a tourist destination during the displays especially tonight. The last night is always the most spectacular known to the locals as the night of the flawed dawn.
