Anti-Particle Dispersant
A technology employed by the Ghaz, developed by Military Industrial Conglomerate. Unlike other forms of A-BC that are applied to surface, A-PD is instead spread via detonating canisters. Used in space this effectively creates fields where energy based weapons either cannot fire through or have their output thoroughly mitigated, controlling the shape of the battlefield. By having the point of diffusion away from what its trying to protect, attacks can be more effectively negated, however its also possible for the material to be completely wasted.
