The Soaring Phoenix: Alliance Magic Guild - Lycia Branch

One of the largest and most important parts of both the Leicester Alliance and Lycia this branch of the Magic Guild like all other strive to unlock the secrets of all magic, but what the mages of the Soaring Phoenix specialize in is mainly healing, rebirth, fire, and earth magic. Dedicated to both defending and helping the people of the alliance, The Soaring Phoenix guild members are also seekers of knowledge trying to learn all they can about magic and then push it one step forward. Many of Talos greatest mages have come from or are part of the Guild as the Alliance continues to be at the forefront of magic. The Magic guild is run by two powerful mages the Guild Master and Guild Leader, the master handles more of the inner workings of the guild while the leader deals more with quest, people, and issues that pertain to outsiders. The guild master is elected by the guild while the guild leader is a tittle held by the most powerful mage proving their might in a test held every 2 years. The guild leader lives right next door to the guild in his own building. The guild can function as many things but is mainly a school/training ground for mages as well as the closet thing Lycia has to an adventurer's guild.

The Emerald Pillar of Lycia

The mage Guild has been a strong pillar of Lycia since it's inception, the guild is the lifeblood of the city and one of the many ways this is true is shown within is core foundation. The guild has always funded multiple parts of the city and does so to such a degree the guild has always been the home for the bank of Lycia. It is this pairing that cause the halls of the guild to look as they do. The first floor of the build is the bank itself with the following floors all resembling the same lay out with the vault locking off something different on each floor. Some vaults only contain things like living quarters while others contain forbidden tombs of magic.
