Rikki Kalani

Rikki Kalani is an employee of the local vinyl store, with a cool veneer and a lot more to them than they let on. Born and raised in Hawai'i, Rikki was sent to stay with relatives in Pinereach over the summer as a semi-vacation in an attempt to alleviate their strange and often distressing dreams. As it turned out, unfortunately this has worsened the intensity of these visions.

Description

Rikki is an androgynous person of clear Pacific Islander heritage. Their physique is fairly average, though this is typically hard to tell because of their tendency to wear more loose, comfortable clothing such as hoodies and jeans (though this is ill-advised in the California summer). Their hair is naturally a dark brown but they frequently dye it, cycling through an array of pastel colors.

Personality

Rikki tries to appear cool and laid-back, and isn't particularly expressive. They often get lost in thought, which is not always the best thing for a chronic overthinker to do. They are rather paranoid due to their strange dreams, but they avoid discussing this with non-family.

Rikki is a free spirit, fond of surfing, skateboarding, and driving alone. They are quite musically-oriented, and aspire to produce their own music in the near future.

Pets

Rikki has a leopard gecko named Nova; an adventurous little creature that likes to join their human on their escapades. Nova's preferred perch is Rikki's shoulder.
