(Winged)

a special Limitation for the Flight Power

adapted almost exactly from Blood of Heroes Special Edition page 76

The power Flight may be purchased with the Limitation: "(Winged)" if the Character or Gadget in question will have wing appendages as a primary component of the ability to fly. This Limitation drops the Factor Cost of the Power by 1.

• Winged Flight cannot be used in enclosed spaces or if the wings are disabled.
• Wings do not require purchasing Extra Limbs unless they may be used in combat for purposes other than Move actions.
• Wings may be targeted with a +1 Column Shift Trick Shot.
