The Peppermint Twist is owned by a woman named Tiffany. Nothing else is known about her. Though some like to speculate as to what happens inside due to her name. Probably sad folk who were not allowed inside. Decorum, some people lack it.
Allegedly there are private rooms for patrons to use and engage themselves in if they desire a bit of privacy to conduct business discretely. Of those seen on the premises, there have been several members of Parliament, several up and coming musicians, a few theatre actors and simsense stars, as well as other entertainers.
A razor gang, so called due to carrying a cut throat razor, a straight blade meant for shaving as a weapon of choice. These youths frequent the grounds and interiors of the club. All very  good looking in black tights, white shirts with a design looking as if someone drew a fork through mashed potatoes, a black jacket without lapels, and of course heavy combat boots good for stomping and kicking. Often adorned with a respectable style of hat as well. Their choice of beverage being a Firegold. A drink made in equal parts of whiskey, orange brandy and blood orange juice.
The two main hostesses are twins, Chloe and Zoey. Always dressed their best in matching shimmering little black cocktail dresses with little silvery name tags of the boys whose hearts they have either crushed in their tiny fists or slept with. A mystery to be sure.
