Life Sucks

Life sucks for a variety of reason. You might live in a toxic neighborhood. You might be surrounded by crime and wanton miscreants. Perhaps you have to eat soy based products every day and your flavor dispenser is broken. All are valid reasons.
Many people dislike, fear and hate that the megacorporations apparently control everything. The type of housing available, means and modes of transportation as well as social entertainments. People all living on a medicated industrial high provided through simsense and more traditional pharmaceuticals.
Can life get better? It is doubtful. You look at your neighbors and they look at you as if each of you were some kind of freak. What truly goes through a person's mind when the man across the lane stands 3.2 meters in height and he has to crawl on all fours to fit through his front door?
As the hard streets and shadows say; "Never deal with a dragon and never trust an elf". These maximums being of a legendary belief.
How do you survive our world of shadows, filth and crime? Keep your guns loaded and nearby. Pay the proper respect and honors when required. Yet be able to hold your own against adversity, or have friends at your side.
Regardless of your situation there is almost always a silver lining or rainbow at the end of the journey. Most people simply want to be left alone, to reside and remain within their own little castles. To be able to go to work at a job they enjoy for a fair wage. To have a few luxury and leisure items. Most importantly to be with the ones they love.
Other than that, win the lottery, get a good lawyer who specializes in estate planning, and relocate to a well guarded tax haven. Live long and prosper.
