Travel Agency

Research into "what lies beyond our view of the cosmos" was commonplace, but fruitless, until three universes simultaneously stumbled upon each other. It simply took more than one universe looking. What started as friendly curiosity turned quickly to war between two of the universes. As an act of self-defense, the third broke the fragile interdimensional bridge their shared research had constructed.
While some in this third universe were dead set against ever looking back into that boundless quagmire of parallel divergence, most knew it would be an impractical act. Curiously was too strong a driver. Instead, they formed the Travel Agency; an apolitical organization of scientists and explorers dedicated to understanding the complex web that holds together, and more often tears apart, the multiverse.
