The banished lord of House Alqualira who is in an incestuous relationship with his sister, Aylis Alqualira. He currently lives in his Mansion in Dorn Thurim.
He is a skilled swordsman who thrives in showing off his skills. Once in the past, when the elves argued about which of their poets was better, Valar challenged them in duels in honor of (den thimame poiou house potet) saying he was the best of two. Frankly, he had never read any of their poems, he just wanted to duel.

Valar, when he encountered Althea, Sahin and Lycastea, who all wanted to leave Dorn Thurim with haste, he gave them the means to leave and asked of them to help Simon Crowly, as his sister had send a Demon after him.
