Lord Raimond Stark (a.k.a. Lord Raimond of House Stark)

Raimond of House Stark rose to power in Year 430 of the 4th Era. While some have criticized his families rash choices, he nonetheless makes the most capable leader the house has seen in years. He is the son of Astor II Stark and Asta Stark. They sit in the North in the Great Keep of Whiterun.
